Brian began performing guitar and drums at a young age.  Playing jazz and folk music as a child, he attained a diverse musical skill set that branched into piano and electric bass.  He earned a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Portuguese, and toured Spain in a local Christian rock band.  Upon finishing his degree, he joined the Peace Corps in Nicaragua where he trained English as a Foreign Language teachers throughout the country.  On his return to the USA, Brian became a musician, playing in Reviva, Wagogo, Da Terra Meiga, and other popular acts.  He also recorded with Errol Brown and Phillip Montalban.  For the last few years, Brian has played jazz piano as a band leader and   soloist.  He plays with NDI New Mexico in our state wide Residency program.
