Estevan Lujan brings extensive experience in government relations, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement to NDI New Mexico. With a career rooted in public service and strategic communications, he has worked collaboratively with local, state, and federal governments, building strong relationships across government agencies, elected offices, and community partners. He has worked closely with community leaders, advocacy organizations, and institutional partners to strengthen collaboration and ensure programs are responsive, inclusive, and impactful. Estevan is a native of Pojoaque, New Mexico and a graduate of New Mexico State University. He lives on a small farm in Chamita, New Mexico with his wife Germaine.
