Jody DeCoursin-Good joined NDI New Mexico as the Director of Human Resources. Originally from Dallas and a graduate of the University of Texas, Jody moved to Santa Fe 24 years ago to continue her Human Resources career for mid-sized organizations. Jody’s background includes over 35 years of experience as a professional executive leader in Human Resources Director roles. She has served in organizations such as national advertising/marketing, hospitality, private country clubs, and high-tech industries.     

Her experience includes total development of Human Resources departments, employment policies, compensation and benefits, organizational development, legal compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and all other various personnel related activities. 

Jody has served as the past Board President for the Northern New Mexico Human Resources Association (Chapter of SHRM) and other Board roles within the Society of Human Resources Management throughout her career.
