Zoe Lesser

Dance Barns Instructor and Outreach Apprentice

Zoe Lesser is a director and choreographer from Los Angeles, California. She was mentored by Denise Scheerer, Hiroshi Hamanishi, and Melinda Sullivan and is an alumna of the Jacob's Pillow Tap Program. She has performed with a variety of companies and musicians across the country. Selected credits include: The Exodus Ensemble on George RR Martin's Sky Railway (Santa Fe), with Doug & The Dying at The Launchpad (Albuquerque), Chicago Tap Theatre at Northlight Theatre (Chicago), and at the San Pedro Arts Festival, Zipper Hall, and the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion with her mentors.  

In a producing and engagement capacity, she has worked at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the Chicago Dance History Project, Chicago Arts Access, and The Orchard Project. She is a founding member of The Exodus Ensemble, an immersive experience company in Santa Fe.
