Julia and her husband live in Albuquerque, where she grew up. She manages 3 family investment and real estate companies. She started her working life with what was then Albuquerque National Bank and left to work with her father at Rust Tractor Co. until the dealership sold in 2002. Through the years, Julia has been involved on the Boards of many Albuquerque Community organizations. She has been involved with NDI New Mexico before and after the decision was made to expand with a location in Albuquerque.
