oni and her husband have owned and operated their business, Trailer Ranch, in Santa Fe for the past 17 years. A proud Santa Fean, she brings deep local knowledge and strong community ties to her professional and community involvement. Joni has more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, project management, and large-scale projects throughout Northern New Mexico.
Her experience spans land acquisition, entitlements, budgeting, construction oversight, and collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials. She has contributed to the development and expansion of notable properties, including Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, Drury Plaza Hotel Santa Fe, La Posada de Santa Fe, Bishop’s Lodge, Nexus Health, and other multifamily residential developments across the region.
She previously served as Board Chair of the Regional Development Corporation, which focuses on advancing economic development initiatives across Northern New Mexico.
Joni is also a proud Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over 15 years and continues to maintain a long-term relationship and strong bond with her Little Sister.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Joni is passionate about health and fitness, especially hiking and biking, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places and cultures.
