Ocean Munds-Dry is Managing Counsel for ConocoPhillips where she advises the company on New Mexico legal and regulatory matters. Previously, she was Associate General Counsel with Concho Resources and before that, in private practice where she represented clients before regulatory agencies with a focus on the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division. For four years before law school, Ocean worked for U. S. Senator Jeff Bingaman in his Santa Fe office where she was responsible for constituent services and economic development issues in Northern New Mexico. She received her B.A. from New Mexico State University in Government in 1996 and her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2004.
For almost 15 years, Ocean lived and breathed the study of dance — especially ballet. And now, Ocean is proud to support NDI’s mission to provide the opportunity to New Mexico children to find and express their love and joy of dance.
Ocean and her husband Randy are raising their two children to be active and curious citizens of the world. They love to explore new places and be outdoors. Ocean also loves to garden and tend to her chicken coop.
