Kyla "Ky" was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico and trained with NDI New Mexico. She started her dance journey in 4th grade at East San Jose Elementary school in the in-school program. She went on to dance in the SWAT and Celebration Teams and later trained in The Hiland Theater after-school program. After graduating in 2019 from the Company Program, she began to teach in-school and for The Hiland Theater after-school program in 2022. Ky is also a Teaching Artist for The Young Children's Division, Tap, and Hip-Hop. Other styles include Jazz, Modern, and Ballet. She is beyond thrilled to be part of an organization that changed her life and can't wait to help change lives of others through the arts.
